Abby Mohaddes is an actor and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. She received her BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts where she studied acting and film production. During her time in New York she made several short films, including BL00D 0F A R0B0T, a short movie musical that premiered at Buffalo International Film Festival; RAT CITY, a comedic multimedia short starring two newlywed rats; and The Bus Stop, a personal mini-documentary about her father’s experience learning english in America.

In 2023 Abby founded Mohaddes Productions, LLC and began her latest project, a documentary inspired by her father’s story from The Bus Stop. Anywhere You Put Your Foot is a new documentary that follows Abby’s journey as she interviews her dad and his life-long college friends about their time living as Iranian foreign students at the University of Nebraska over 40 years ago.
